In 2021 the TCMS established an endowed scholarship fund to support a college student at Winston-Salem State University in the healthcare field.

In order to boost the numbers of black and indigenous people of color, the Twin City Medical Society of Winston-Salem is committed to financing professional school preparation. This scholarship will go towards test taking , study materials, and testing support for medical professional careers. These professional schools include medical school, pharmacy school, dental school, healthcare PA school and post baccalaureate studies in science programs.
